Craniosacral Therapy for
Infants & Children
CST is a gentle, hands-on bodywork approach that supports the nervous system by releasing restrictions in the craniosacral system, connective tissue, and fascia. In infants and children, these restrictions can develop through birth, growth, injury, stress, or chronic tension and may affect regulation, movement, feeding, sleep, and overall development.
